I am going to Japan for a business trip next week. I mostly work hard so I will not have so much free time, but I am looking forward to going to one of the best Sushi restaurants. It is located in Tsukiji and it is not so expensive for the quality. My friend Stillwind, who is an audio director of Beatmania Production in Konami Japan introduced the restaurant. When we went there last time, we were combination of me, Japanese and Stillwind, American(Caucasian) so it looked like I took him to the restaurant to introduce but actually it is opposite. It is a bit funny that real Japanese person was introduced an authentic Japanese restaurant by an American, but I admitted that they were good. I was amazed that his tongue could sense the subtle differences of quality of sushi because he came to Japan just a year ago.
Sushi is very simple food, so it seems easy to make, but you can tell that it is not true when you try to make a good one after you experience truly good sushi. You will know why sushi is expensive. However, it is also true that it is hard to find a good restaurant and reasonable pricing.
Oh.. I cannot wait!
