Weight Report

It is not annoying for me to ride a bike anymore. I am not sure, but riding a bike seems to give me a good side effects. I feel that my brain works a bit more flexibly and I am released from stresses a bit.

3-4 days a week, 40 minutes ride in the morning and evening. After a month, I am 69 Kg (151 lbs.) now. Did I lose weight by 1 Kg (I was 70Kg)? I am not sure, it can differ by various conditions. I look forward to seeing more significant difference, it is time for me not to think too much. Just keep doing...
