Everyone having the same avatar gets confusing. You should do away with them all, and have everyone upload their own avatar. That way we can start noticing peoples name for who they are.

Gesh, I can't even upload my avatar. Morethan likely it's do to the fact that I use an outdated computer.

You should have an Edit Account link in your personal menu in the header. If you follow that link you should be able to change your avatar.
