Jubeat is the brand-spanking new edition by Konami into its Bemani series of music games. Like Pop'n Music, Jubeat isn't meant to simulate any actual instrument. The game is played by tapping your hand onto one of the 16 buttons on the machine when they flash.You can think it sort of akin to Whack-a-Mole.

Sounds insane!

Is this going to be released in USA? 

As of right now, there appears to be no intention to release it in the USA. However, judging by the popularity it gained in location testing, I wouldn't be too surprised if Konami is planning on releasing Jubeat in the USA at some point. The game was just released a few weeks ago, so Konami is probably going to wait and see how it does in Japan before porting it.

This game certainly looks very interesting and fun to me.  If I catch any further news or updates on Jubeat, I'll be sure to update you guys here on the community site.

That's cool, i really want to try this game out after seeing some video demos of it, hopefully it will be released in the US.
