I've played DDR for years... ever since DDRMAX for the PS2 came out, but I did get Konamix and the original DDR for PS1 afterwards, and I'm a fan of the old skool music and steps.  I play both singles and doubles mode.  Only lv 10 i can pass is Sakura, Bag, and sometimes PARANOiA Survivor by 270 on a good day, lol.  But I mostly play for fun, not for scores.

I am also a 2 year step file artist.  I make charts for my favorite songs on StepMania, and released a huge pack in 2007 containing all of my originals & ddr edits.

and ya ive played ddr for around 3 and a half years. i have a cobalt flux but i dont really play much any more cause of guitar hero and cs. also the pads in raleigh all blow and **** driving to rocky mount.

Hi new forum! My name is Allen. I was introduced to DDR on a 3rd mix in 2000. I played DDR obsessively (like World of Warcraft obsessively) for about 4 years after that. Now I merely play DDR often, and more often recently since SN2 was released. But like a couple other people in this thread I have to say that IIDX has replaced DDR for me.

Someone beat me to the username "Catastrophe". I'm so bummed! :(

Anyways, hey there! I'm Pie. I've been playing DDR since DDR MAX USA. I'm 18 years old and am a Freshman in college. I'm also a frequent poster on DDRFreak, BemaniStyle, and Zenius-I-Vanisher. I love to study Japanese, and spend at least an hour doing so every night. I also like to read manga and crime novels, and watch anime. 

My favorite type of music is J-Pop (Yes, shoot me). My favorite artists include: Ai Otsuka, Kotoko, Koda Kumi, Utada Hikaru, Ayumi Hamasaki, BoA, Ooyama Yurika. Of course, I can't forget bemani artists like Sanae Shintani, Junko Karashima, Sayaka Minami, Noria, Riyu Kosaka, and BeForU (Can't wait to hear how the new members sound!)
