EVERY Wednesday

DDR Universe--12 noon MST, 2 p.m. EST, 11 a.m. PST, 7 p.m Great Britain time

DDR Universe 2-- ( we have two times for this one because of the various levels)

         6:30 p.m. MST --BASIC  (8:30 p.m. EST, 5:30 p.m. PST)

         7:00 p.m. MST--Difficult (9:00 p.m. EST, 6:00 p.m. PST)

Sounds like a good idea.  Unfortunately next Wednesday (the 12th) I'll be out of town, but I should be able to participate in future Universe 2 Dancing Wednesdays.  Do you (or others who participate in this) play on Expert too?

We need an official game date just like this for SuperNOVA 2.  The most people I've seen online when I go on is like 13.

It'd be cool if you could set up arcade play to challenge online.

I have to say I'm with "MdXMaxX". We don't get that much to play around with. Maybe I need to get an xbox soon. ^^;

Maybe we could set up a time where every week we just play DDR online, regardless of the mix.  Some people could play U2, some could play SN2, etc.  Thoughts?

Dancing Wednesdays for EVERY ONE regardless of console!?!? Awesome! I only have a 360 console though. so, You others will have to post your games and times... Sorry.... I do have Ultramix 2! If only it would be on the backwards compatibility list.... if only... if only.... --sigh-- I love the music from Ultramix 2!

Okay! Yay! Just so you know, I was unaware about Daylight Savings happening so fast! So, I'm on Mountain Daylight Time now... (I thought it wasn't going to happen until April or May! Oh well, whatever!) Please plan accordingly... Thanks!

LOL, yeah, time zones and Daylight savings are NOT making this any easier.... Central Time is one hour ahead of Mountain time... If I am at 7:30 a.m. Mountain DAYLIGHT time, then you are 8:30 a.m. Central DAYLIGHT time... If you are not daylight, then you are at......um...... 7:30 as well? Is that right? (if anyone is confused what Daylight means....)If you just barely set your clock forward on over this last weekend, then you are on Daylight time now.

Its wide open. Ive never had any problems with anyother game honestly. Halo 3, Army of Two, COD 4. Maybe konami servers can only handle like 8 or 9 at a time! lol! Hey whenever you are on just send me an invite. The 3 songs we got to play were fun!

What am I missing guy just playing DDR on the PS2?

There is alot going on with the xbox 360. I would'nt drop that kind of cash just to play DDR Universe 1/2 though. I have much more fun with the xbox versions. I like that we have organized a date to play ddr on xbox live. I regret getting rid of my PS2 before I got really into DDR. It seems like everywhere I turn I hear about how great it is on ps2. I own Konamix for ps1 and its great. I have to go get a new ps2! For general gaming purposes, the 360 cant be beat. Thats just my opinion dont electronically decapitate for it lol! My ps3 just sits and gathers dust because they keep putting the better games on xbox 360 or PS2

Thanks, I've been putting off getting one for a while. I like the idea of the online community that's going on. As it is I've been going the PS2 route for the past 6 or 7 years. I've enjoyed everything that they been putting out on the PS2 for DDR.

As for the online sean for the PS2 on DDR, it seems like everybody plays for a while and then quits. There are a few hot shots that can run over anybody but they get bored quickly as it seems. Also it seems that there's new people almost every week cus they keep quiting the SN2 online mode.

What's worse is that people that only play DDR for a few weeks and then get online. Everybodys really nice online but I can only think that haveing all the old people only want to play all the boss songs and just have the newbes along for the ride can't encourage the new people to keep playing. ~_~

Haveing said all that I love to play ddr both online and off. Winning isn't the most important to me as just playing the game. I'm a good player but I still get beat a lot.

Anyways I digress, I thinks it's times to saves up my pennys and jump on the 360 train!!

PS: I find if funny that your PS3 waits for "better games" "K1LLGANNON". ^_^;

If you had a 360, you would know why I need better games for ps3. Trust me. But this isn't an argument for that. You will enjoy your 360, I promise.

P.S. lol if that was a crack at my name, it has nothing to do with zelda, thats my actual last name. Well without the 1 and all caps of course lol. As far as playing on LIVE, yeah, you still get some people who ONLY care about winning... but there are quite a few of us who just get on to have a good time! In fact, I'm there for two reasons: 1. because it's fun! 2. To burn some calories! So, I don't care as long as I get to dance... I've had some nights where no one else is on and I spend the time reading a book, waiting for someone else... but that hasn't happened in a while! Last night, there was an insane amount of people on! It was great! I've found that if you want to play this game on Xbox LIVE, you HAVE to have an organized night!

Is there a way you can see exactly how many people are on at any given time?

That would be awesome! I hope that Konami reads this thread and adds that feature to the next game! Currently, there is no way, except to have a lot of DDR-lovin people on your friends list!

Sorry I missed out on last week's "Dancing Wednesday".  I've been out on vacation all week.  I hope to play with you all this coming Wednesday though on U2.  My GamerTag is "Perry Deluxe" in case anyone wants it.
