DANCEDANCEREVOLUTION® MOBILE DESIGN CONTEST

Winning Entry to Be Featured in New
DanceDanceRevolution Mobile Game Due Out This Fall  

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. – April 9, 2008 – Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. announced today the details their new online design contest for the new DanceDanceRevolution (DDR).  The competition extends an open invitation for fans of the franchise to design their own element of the game, with the winning design coming to life in the upcoming mobile title scheduled to be released this fall.

The promotion begins Wednesday, April 9, 2008 on the official DDR online community Web site (www.ddronlinecommunity.com), and challenges fans to develop a creative new game design element that demonstrates the true meaning of DDR. On the community site, fans can not only enter the contest, but also create player profiles, share videos and participate in group forums.

“We are looking forward to seeing fans express their inner DDR during this new contest,” said Joe Morris, Vice President, Konami Digital Entertainment’s Mobile Division. “The DDR community is a dedicated and diverse group of people with outstanding creativity. Konami Mobile will announce the contest winner on May 1st, as chosen by the Konami Mobile production team. In addition to the grand prize winner having his/her character placed in the game, he/she will also receive a DanceDanceRevolution design trophy. The top 20 finalists will receive a limited edition DDR t-shirt and have their designs featured in a special winners gallery.

DanceDanceRevolution Mobile is the latest chapter in the popular, long running videogame series and will launch on most major carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless, in Fall 2008. For more information, please visit www.konamimobile.com.
