How do I Link my GamerTag?

In order for your DDR Universe 2 and DDR Universe 3 stats to be displayed on the DDR Community Website, you must link your Web Profile to an Xbox LIVE® Gold Gamertag. This requires a short verification process to ensure that you are the true owner of an account. Follow the steps below to successfully link your Gamertag:

  1. Once you've created an account on the DDR Community, select "Link Account" to get started
  2. The next page will provide you a quick overview of the linking process, and in order to continue you must click the “Sign In” button at the bottom of the page.
  3. Once you are on the DDR Live Integration page, you are required to sign in using the e-mail address and password you have associated with your Windows Live ID, which you configured upon the creation of your Xbox LIVE® Gamertag. Enter your Windows Live ID information, and double check to make sure everything you have entered is correct. When your information is ready, click the “Sign In” button.

Note: If you are unsure of what your Windows Live ID E-mail Address and Password is, go to the Xbox Live Dashboard on your Xbox 360 Console. Access your profile, select “Manage Account,” and then select “Windows Live ID.” Here you will see the email address and password associated with your Windows Live ID. You will also be able to change your password if needed.

  4. After clicking the “Sign-In” button, you should be taken back to the Xbox LIVE Account Linking page, and you should see the following message at the bottom of the page:

"You have successfully integrated your Windows Live™ ID information!"
"You are now only one step away from officially linking your Gamertag to the DanceDanceRevolution Community Site."
"To complete the Gamertag linking process, simply click the "Sign Out" button below."

  5. If you have successfully linked your account you should see the following message:

"You have successfully linked your Gamertag GAMERTAG NAME to the DanceDanceRevolution Community Site!"
"You have now successfully linked your account, get dancing, and showcase your skills to the entire community!"

At this time, we only support stats for DDR Universe 2 and DDR Universe 3 on the Xbox 360®. If you do not have either of these titles, or do not have an Xbox LIVE® Gold Gamertag, please continue to your account profile. Stay tuned, as we plan on adding support for more DDR titles in the future!

Can I link two Gamertags to one Web Profile?

You cannot link two Gamertags to one Web Profile. Linking a different Gamertag to a Web Profile that already has a Gamertag associated with it will write over the older Gamertag information, alongside any statistical information associated with that Gamertag. Your Web Profile will only display stats from your most recently linked Gamertag.

Can I have one Gamertag linked to multiple Web Profiles?

You cannot have one Gametag linked to multiple Web Profiles. If you have one Gamertag linked to a Web Profile, and then you link that same Gamertag to a new Web Profile, the older Web Profile will no longer display any information or statistics associated with that Gamertag. The Web Profile that you have most recently linked your Gamertag to, will be the only Web profile that will display the information and statistics associated with your Gamertag.

How do I access and view my DDR Stats?

Once you have successfully linked your Gamertag, click your Avatar or Web Profile Name in the top right hand corner of the website, in order to access your Profile Page. From here you will be able to access and view a number of interesting statistics representative of your in-game DDR performance.

Depending on which games you have associated with your Gamertag (DDR Universe 2, DDR Universe 3, or both), your stats from those games will automatically be displayed on your Profile Page. If you have both games associated with your Gamertag, you will see tabs for each game located at the top right hand corner of your Player Profile. Clicking between these tabs will change the stats listed within your Player Profile depending on which game you currently have selected.

How often will my Profile stats update?

If you have properly linked your Gamertag to your Web Profile and you have followed the easy steps to get your stats on the website (listed above) , your stats will update once every 24 hours. So if you don’t see your stats show up right away, don’t fret, because they may not have updated yet. Check back soon, and you should see your stats update.
