I personally think that a PS3 DDR game is a good idea. The series can't stay on the PS2 forever -- eventually, Sony is going to stop producing PS2s and the gaming world will move on -- nobody still produces PS1 or Xbox games anymore, after all.

I think that the attitude displayed by a large number of posters here ("don't release any PS3 versions because I don't have one!") is self-centered and unrealistic. Nobody says that Konami has to stop producing the PS2 games just yet, but getting a foothold in the PS3 market wouldn't be a bad idea too.

I've never thought that the EyeToy was a worthwhile peripheral to integrate with DDR, not in the slightest. I don't know anybody who has actually bought an EyeToy camera and hooked it up just so they could watch themselves play DDR or do the silly little minigames.

I can't comment on the Wii Remote integration since I haven't played Hottest Party, but if I did, I highly doubt I would use that feature. I'm more interested in the standard DDR gameplay.
