I've been waiting for this for a while now, it looks stunning. I can't wait for this. I missed out on Disney Mix, I will NOT miss out on this!

PIU and DDR used to change places all the freaking time, so I now consider them essential equals. I prefer MGD over ITG, however I do acknowledge that ITG was a major pioneer in modern dance gaming, and I respect it heavily for that :)

(Do keep note, I'm talking about ITG, not StepMania in a Cabinet)

Man, all this time I thought they were playing that really hot release StepMania In A Cabinet and were just pretending to play ITG! Haha, those sillys SMIACers! Still thinking they're playing ITG with their Rebirths and fan "ITG3"s. It's so pwecious :)

I maay have missed one, my memory's a bit fuzzy on the MAXes nowadays, but I think this is all of them. :) 

ITG Rebirth is crap. Go play Pump PRO.

Maybe it's a form of "HEY, if you're this good, why don't you MOVE TO A HIGHER LEVEL?"

B4sshunter...he tends to walk the very thin line between alright and mediocre. He goes into swing time in most of his songs for no reason, overuses a small pool of samples, and even somehow manages to forget entire verses of the songs he covers, or he just doesn't bother to learn them (see, JINGLE BELLS). However, I do enjoy quite a few of his songs, almost ashamedley. He is really one of my guilty pleasures.

I will say that "those guys" over at VULPvibe really know how to remix him, though.

I went to the Namco arcade in the neighboring city, because we were at the mall it's located in at the time, and compared to the start of the year, it's a shell. Literally. More than half of the games were taken out, including the last ITG2 in this area. The only new game was a fully-unlocked DDR SuperNOVA 2. It was a beacon of hope within the wasteland.

In Pigeon Forge, however, the arcade economy is doing very well, the polar opposite of Namco. Not one of the 15-20+ arcades has shut down or even gotten smaller, and to my knowledge no DDRs have been taken out. Heck, one of the arcades has a brand spanking new Pump It Up NX2.

EXTREME Plus! was good for only one thing...

In my opinion, PARANOiA ~HADES~ is a smidge harder than Pluto Relinquish, however for all-around WTF-esque insanity, DEAD END (GROOVE RADAR SPECIAL) takes the cake and eats it too.

So Konami, does this mean Bemani will be expanded into this region? From what I've heard, Bemani has almost no presence in Korea.

Will Bemani take over if Pentavision goes away? Will anything change there?

Okay, I can understand BeForU being gone (due to them not exactly being "in-house" anymore), but there's quite a few songs on the removed list that I don't understand why they are gone. Why is the MATSURI JAPANs gone? Why is the Look to the Skys gone? Why is Midnite Blaze, You're Not Here, You Rain (RAGE Mix), Keep On Liftin', BOTH GROOVES, R3, Remember You and the Do It Rights gone?  Those don't make any sense to me!

Is there any way we could get an explanation as to why so many of these songs are gone? Any way at all?

Hell, half the time you don't even need to follow the rules of the game.

So er...yeah, we have some really tough and fun boss songs right now, and one of them (Pluto Relenquish) even tops out at 800 BPM for a few measures (it's just freezes in those measures, but still). However, with the inclusion of the new rating system and the hardest boss songs only rating 18 out of 20, I have to ask: What's next for DDR Boss Songs? 

In other dancing games, songs have already become "GOOD GOLLY MISS MOLLY?!" hard. For example, in "Many Great Dancers" 3, there are a few boss song series, such as Destination and Dash Hopes (mind you, this specific series is a joke series). Destination averages 400+ BPM, the fastest one topping out at 434 BPM and the slowest (and possibly cruelest) is 37 BPM. Dash Hopes 1, 2 and 3 are 450, 500 and 601 BPM, respectively.

Pump It Up takes a different route from speed and deathruns, for example the song CHIMERA,  which is just crazy. INSANITY.

Dance Praise has...has...*thinks*

In The Groove had Pandemonium, which was sheer horror at  330 BPM, and the VerTex series, with VerTex² being an insanely erractic piece of work. (VVV continues this tradition in Pump It Up PRO).

So I have to ask: What's next for DDR boss songs? More speed? More erractic step-play? More craziness all around?
