Yes.... I think the combination of a workout switch (which is AWESOME! Give that guy a raise!!) and NONSTOP mode (with a few modifications....) will be just perfect!

 For NONSTOP MODE: Make it so that I have the option to replenish the gauge or not.  Also, I like the variety of the pre-configured song packs, but make it so that I can play them on ANY of the difficulties.

I really like the switch, so please always keep that! then, I can play whatever mode I want and it will keep track of my calories! I just love it! Just fix Nonstop mode and I will play that more when I want to only workout!

I'm sorry, when I posted the above, I hadn't played Nonstop mode in Universe 3. But now I have and I have to say: I LOVE NONSTOP MODE!! (Even better than POWER MODE!!)

Here's why:

Great workout! (IF you turn off the interval !!! otherwise, you see a loading screen between each song.)

CUSTOMIZED WORKOUT! (I can choose a list of songs and just play them without having to load each one!!! There seems to be no limit on the songs I can add to the list! )

VARIED WORKOUT: Infinite Challenge just plays random songs (and keeps on playing them!!!). Also, I can dance to the presets. OR change my songlists I've made!

 In between the songs (there is a pause in the arrows), I march in place to keep up my heart rate! The songs don't compile as seemlessly, but it's not annoying... just march or jump on your arrows while waiting! Keep workin it!!

WHAT I DON'T LIKE: (In other words, can you change these few things please? Or make them a bit more optional?)

--it ends as soon as the dance gauge is empty.(I even went to options to turn this off, but it didn't work in nonstop mode!) And there is no way to replenish the dance gauge.

--Also, I don't like how the presets have predetermined modes of difficulty. I can't seem to change those... That's unfortunate!

 So, keep the workout switch,... add a bit more options to Nonstop mode and I will think a "DDR Workout" will be finally be how I want it!!

So, if they are going to do Nonstop mode, I would like the above changed!! If they are going to do Power Mode in the next, then I would really like MORE power mixes, (as well as the customizable ones and a completely infinitly random one!!)

I can no longer completely agree with your post above. I didn't use Jukebox mode. I will probably never use DJ mode. To me, these modes are unnecessary. I just don't use them. So Konami: keep 'em, change 'em, whatever!

Where did you find "Nonstop mode?"

I really liked POWER MODE. It was great to work out to. (Because you didn't have to stop and load each song!) But give us MORE selections! At least 20 different compilations of songs!

I love the workout switch!!

 I would like a mode where I can play a lot of songs without having to stop and load each one. (stopping each time ruins the "workout" aspect of the game!!) Being able to compile that list would be ideal, but I'm sure that it would have to load each song.. (which brings us back to stopping after each song...)

 POWER mode in Universe 2 was very cool EXCEPT there were so few to choose from!! So I wouldn't mind a repeat of this mode but add more! At least 15 song mixes would be nice!!

6. Also, it says "upload your stats" every time you get on LIVE and I haven't noticed any of the new songs being added to my account on this website? Maybe it's for a different website?

Konami, could you enlighten us about some of these glitches we've mentioned? Or at least tell us what we are supposed to be seeing(in the case of the playstyles), or what we are doing wrong?? (which could be the case for any of these "glitches" we've mentioned...)

I thought we could use our avatars in other places. We could in Universe 2. hmmm....

oops... make that 1,188!! some friends came on-line while I was looking up the timing thing for Reeny and of course, I HAD to dance!! ....and see how it handled on LIVE. Speaking of LIVE, what are the play modes for? "Playas lounge?" "Voice Chat Room?"  etc.  What do they do?

Also, the weekly challenge on LIVE? Is that available yet? Or are we waiting on something? (Or is this just user-error and I have no clue how to do it???)

Reeny, the timing gives you numerical values. You have -10 up to 10.... I hope that helps!! I didn't see any "judgment timing".

 Wow, I've burned 1018 calories today! --sigh-- I love DDR!!! What a great game!! I'm exhausted now though...

When Universe 3 comes out,

I will beg my hubby to take a lunch break and pick it up and bring it home to me (we only have 1 vehicle)

Then, I will pop in a movie on my computer for my kids to watch. and give them lots of snacks... this makes it so I can then ignore my sweet children and focus on conquering quest mode. (Hey, I love my kids,... but sometimes, a mommy's got to do what a mommy's got to do)

1,000+ burned calories later, I will probably collapse on the floor in a sweaty heap and dream about arrows, arrows everywhere....

So, it's been a month and a half since this poll was posted... any news on when we will be able to purchase a cool T-shirt or workout outfit and not just sweatbands???

The characters are just fine in the Universe games. I like them but I don't think they add much to the "experience". Emi is my favorite. The only thing I would ask is that in your next game, each character has at least 1 modest outfit.

I'm amazed that the owner of the arcade didn't kick them out for being so immature and harrassing the guy who was playing DDR....

I MISSED THE POLL!!! ARRGGHHH!! Such an important question too!!! Oh well, here is what I WOULD have voted for if I had seen the poll:

SPORTSWEAR!! I want some DDR clothes!! Everyone else seems to have them... Somehow, I missed the boat...

Also, if I could have had two votes, I also would want to vote for a proper arcade-style mat!! (This would be my second choice only because I fear the cost associated with a quality mat! I would love a nice mat though!)

Or maybe they could just be really cool shoes with DDR arrows on them instead of a Nike check mark?
