Oh hey guys, I'm back

Bolt, there is, you're right, but either way it's not going to be a big dent if one religious fanatic chooses to not buy it. The point is how much damage he alone would do, not how much damage he alone would do. I'm sure nobody here (and probably less than half a dozen people at Konami) could come up with any sort of based-on-facts number about how much a given ddr ps2 sale makes konami, net, gross, or otherwise :P I mean heck, you didn't even try to point out the fact that they sell in bundles too! Different numbers again! sheesh :P

I'm not here to choose a side. I'm just here to nitpick at facts. I wasn't arguing; I was just saying. Many people seem to be missing this. Heck, I was called a DDR fanboy and a PIU fanboy in the same thread.

I like the new machine though.

Valid points? Under what grounds though?

Just because some third party website yells "Shock Arrows" doesn't mean we know what they're doing with them. They could be a battle mode mod or something. Nobody knows. We don't even know if they exist; Konami hasn't released any info or displayed them at all. You guys really need to calm down and wait to see how the game actually runs.

Once we see how the game actually plays, then you guys can go gun slinging.

BoltEdge, stop posting. I can express my opinion on the game if I want to. If you're here to just be a nuisance, then follow your own advice.

I'm trying to help this discussion. All you're doing is speaking for other people, which they can clearly do themselves, and putting words in other people's mouths. What you said to piepiepie was pretty insulting, and he's a good friend of mine, and I don't appreciate that.

Cool, you have an opinion. The thing is, you guys are really jumping the gun on this one. Many of your opinions are rooted out of speculation. Kalek doesn't know anything about DDR:X because none of us know anything about it.

In other words, the machine shouldn't be defective in the first place, and something should be done to prevent this in the future.

"So what"? If the machine arrives defective, it isn't the fault of the arcade. It's the fault of the manufacturer/distributor.

Is everyone here just living in lala land or something?

You're really good at debate.

There's a difference between gross profit and net profit. Specify next time

I used to play ITG and ITG2 a lot.

I don't like them.

If they don't get their extra 10$ from you not buying the ps2 version

ps2 games aren't 10 dollars.

Since when did every chart have to be "fun"?

Uhh...

I know it's a game, and a game is supposed to be fun.

WHERE DID MY SIDES GO? I PUT MY STUFF THERE! (Note, I see the cut away in the front, but that's not going to hold my back pack with Windex to clean the top of the pads with, or my other shoes...

The ground?

The vast majority of technical players prefer less lights

They want to attract new people. Face it, what regular person doesn't like looking at pretty lights? Epileptic people don't count.

an IIDX

Two-Dee-Ecks

And what's with that big circular center button?

"Find out next week when DDR:X returns!"

I'll be having fun doing Bemera on my PIU cab. ciao!

If you think I'm alone in my opinion, go to http://oddr.net and find out about a large, tight knit community that is completely centered around DDR and dance games and I can pretty much guarantee that everyone there will almost unanimously agree with my opinion of DDR X.

Hi, I'm actually excited to see the new setup, sorry.
