...To me Shock Arrows are cool/annoying

Cool: it's new, it makes me actually go to the middle of the pad, and brings a whole new challenge to the plate...

Annoying: for "certain" songs, they are placed so close together that i am BOUND to have my foot on one of the arrows, making it hard to pass the song. Plus on "certain" songs, they use it too repetitive (Horatio Oni, and Saber Wing Oni are some good examples)

...i'm not saying to take away Shock Arrows for good, probably make an option to turn it on/off, plus not to use it so often on some charts that it is nearly impossible to miss a Shock Arrow.

...for some reason your prblem RARELY happens to me, whenever i hit reply, the message replies...

However, sometimes when i hit reply it asks me for my screen name and pass, and i am all "wtf? >_<"...

Pie's idea is also good too, i'm too lazy to keep putting my name on the box...well, except if you have the saved passwords thing on your browser, then all you have to do is type the first letter of the screen name and out comes suggestions of the name in the bottom...

Here is my take:

1) good idea, makes it easier and faster to search for anything from forums to people

2) Although i don't own an Xbox 360, this should be applied to the site.

3) True true =)

4) We need more of this...

5) I actually don't have that problem, i can actually keep my name on for long periods of time and it doesn't occur to me...

Hopefully Elliot or Byron will stop by this thread and take notes on these ideas =)

...you know it's funny, they JUST NOW released the code to unlock Poseidon, Uranus, and Captivate...

(except for Captivate) i could play Poseidon and Uranus on DDR X US CS, which was released September 16th...

However, i would actually fall through with this new game (Florida has no Beatmania or IIDX machines...this is kinda why) i mean it looks pretty basic...

And always remember, the Konami reps SOMEWHAT look through this site...i can already say for sure they are probably looking into this game and they may do something about it (unless they got permission to of course)...

Rage, the break dancing dude that pretty much fits the whole DDR "urban" style in DDR X IMO...plus he's my most favorite character to use =)

As for the Dancing Stage games, i REALLY have no idea how sucky they are, but all i know is that those are the "designated" games for the EU region...

well, then you would be needing the Dancing Stage versions for a home console...sadly, i am not european so i can't really say which one is a good choice for you =(

Yea, i agree that we should buy it standalone, we already have mats for it...

But think about it, Konami wants more dough, AND they also want to appeal to new consumers, so they release the game with the pad (DOUBLE COMBO!) lol, but that's kinda the reason why i think they sell it with the dance mat...

..still, it would be nice to sell just the game only =)

New songs, i mainly got X because:

1) i had a feeling they would put the majority of the good remaining SN2 songs on there...which you guys did =D

2) i love seeing the new DDR songs, that way i can know which ones i want to play when i go to the arcade =)

The other features i am ok with, SMM was unique, but somewhat long, no online? oh well...it would have been a little better with online play, and that's about it.
